WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Gronning Architects was selected as the architect for the renovation of the Historic Washington International School located on the Tregaron Estate, an Historic Landmark, The much needed renovation included the Mansion, Gardener's Cottage and the Greenhouse. A complete renovation of all three buildings including mechanical/electrical and plumbing upgrades was completed over the student and faculty summer break, a period of 2 months. A geothermal system was also installed with enough capacity for future buildings.
